Thompson Coburn’s Birmingham office, established in 2024, houses experienced attorneys who dedicate a majority of their time to serving institutions of higher education. Our practitioners in the higher education group have extensive experience managing litigation, legal and policy matters for postsecondary institutions and include individuals who have worked in-house at colleges and universities. We are fully and intentionally committed to serving higher education.
